The COVID-19 pandemic has heightened the need for medical care and ShorePoint Health Venice has safely delivered our full complement of medical services while supporting COVID inpatients since March 2020. Our team of caregivers is tireless in their dedication and making a difference for hundreds of patients each day. Thanks to our physicians, nurses, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, lab techs, housekeepers, food service workers and others, patients received the medical care they needed in 2021 at more than 295,000 interactions with our hospital, outpatient clinics and physician offices.
We also provide benefit to our community through our tax dollars supporting civic resources, charitable contributions, acts of service and as an employer of local residents. Our impact ripples throughout the community and helps improve the quality of life for all of our neighbors.
